Using this website or sending an enquiry does not create a client, adviser, fiduciary or other professional relationship. Any engagement must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
Membership billing and trial
Intelligence membership is offered at US$19.90 monthly or US$199 yearly. Eligible new members receive a seven-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. Unless cancelled before the displayed trial end, the selected recurring fee is charged automatically and the subscription renews for successive monthly or yearly periods.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period and access continues until then. Amounts already charged are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where we confirm a duplicate charge or clear billing error. Contact info@microgridcentre.com promptly regarding a billing issue.
Changes
We may update the website and these terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
